How do I change my ink cartridge?
The first time might seem a little tricky, but you will catch on.

Turn the stamp upside down and press in the red buttons.  While holding in the red buttons, press down the grey frame slightly (about 1 cm), until you feel the mechanism lock into place.  Very gently, so it won't fly out, push the back of the ink cartridge forward so it pops out.  Insert your new ink cartridge (ink side down) into the slot until it clicks into place.

Important:  You will need to clean the polymer disc before unlocking the body!!  To do this, press in the red buttons again and slowly push the stamp mechanism all the way into the body until it locks into place.  Wipe the ink of the polymer disc with a damp cloth and water (no alcohol or other thinner as it will affect the ink). When finished simply hold the unit and press the grey frame gently until it pops back to place.


How long will my ink cartridge last?
Each She She Signature custom self-inking cartridge makes up to approximately 10,000 impressions.  Our She She Basics! stamps come with black ink only and make up to approximately 5000 impressions.


Do you have other ink colours and how do I get one?
For our She She Signature collection of Stamps we offer six different ink colour cartridges plus black if you need to replenish your black.  Click here to view our coloured ink pads.


Do you sell to stores?
We are selling through select stores at this time.  Please email info@shesheimpressions.com for more information. 


What is the time frame for a typical order?
When we receive your order we process, package and ship your order to your door typically within 4 -14 business days.  


Would you make a stamp using my company logo or my own artwork?
Definitely!!  Please send the following required format to info@shesheimpressions.com, we will gladly create your stamp for you.  We will need your artwork to be in black and white only, sent in either a jpeg or pdf format.  We will send you a proof for your approval.  You then simply go to My Logo Stamp (in the Stamp section) and make your payment. How terrific is that?

What can I use my stamp for besides note cards?

What if I have to have my stamp re-done?
Occasionally there could be an error on your stamp. Please DO NOT ENTER YOUR ORDER ONLINE.  Please send a message to info@shesheimpressions.com and we will phone you ASAP with instructions. If we made an error, we will be happy to rush the corrected stamp through at no charge to you.  If you made the error, we will rush your corrected stamp through at the regular stamp price, and give you a price break as soon as we receive the old stamp back.


Can you change the fonts on the custom stamps?
No sorry, but that's the only thing that stays the same.  The only thing that changes is your personal information - the design and font remains the same.


Will the self-inking stamp adhere to the back of photo paper, or glossy note cards/gift tags?
No, sorry! The self-inking stamp ink will NOT stick to photo paper or anything glossy.  We use a water-based ink and it requires absorption into the paper fibers.


Is the ink toxic?
No, we have produced a non-toxic, water-based ink.


Is the ink permanent or semi-permanent, will it adhere to children's clothing?
The ink is semi-permanent.  We recommend testing it yourself but we cannot guarantee it will stick to your clothing.


Can I change my order?
When you place your order on our website it goes directly to our production center, it is in process immediately.  We are sorry but there is no opportunity to change an order once you've made your purchase. 


Please explain the character limits for the outer edge.
Our Stamp designs have a character limit of 55 including spaces and artwork.  We advise you to stay in this limit or the text will end up too small. The best look is to have 50-55 characters on the outer rim, including spaces and artwork.  The fewer the characters, the larger the text...the easier to read!! Hint:  Leave off your individual names and use only your last name, or abbreviate your province name to two letters i.e. Ontario = ON.


Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We ship your products by Purolator. Purolator cannot ship to a P.O. Box.  Please see shipping for more details.

Can I see a proof of my stamp?

We do not automatically provide proofs for our orders.  Our typesetters are fabulous!  They are seasoned professionals who work to space, align and create the perfect look based on your copy.  Then they check and double check against your order to make sure it meets our high standards.  However, if you do require a proof, please add "Z Proof" to your cart for check out.  For $10, we will send you a proof of your order for your approval.
