Shipping to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and the United States - flat rate of $20 per order. Shipping Method: - All orders are shipped to your door using Purolator. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 4 - 14 business days, depending on the shipping address.
- Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All shipments are shipped from Markham, Ontario
Receiving Your Package: - Purolator delivers to your door. Delivery requirements by the carriers are beyond our control and we are unable to take responsibility. We are not responsible if the driver requires a signature and if the recipient is not home to sign for the item.
- We are not responsible if a carrier leaves your package unattended at your home and damage or theft occurs.
- We are also not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us, or if a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned to us. In both of these cases, we will need to recharge for the delivery to be resent again.
- If you call to say you did not receive an order and if the carrier can provide delivery confirmation we are not able to issue any type of replacement. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if such a rare incident occurs.

Return Policy: Stamps: Personalized items are FINAL sale. We cannot accept returns on our customized stamps. However, if there is a mistake or error on our part, we will gladly make it right for you. Note cards and inks: She She Impressions accepts returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund on note cards and inks. Please email us at info@shesheimpressions.com for return instructions. We would also appreciate if you could let us know the reason for the return. Please note that shipping is always non-refundable. Returns must be in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of note cards and inks under the following circumstances: - Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

If you received an incorrect order: Contact us at info@shesheimpressions.com indicating your order number, the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. Indicate also, whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you. Canadian Taxes: Canadian tax rates are set according to the shipping destination. For instance, if you live in Ontario but are sending a package to Saskatchewan, you will be charged 5% GST + Saskatchewan's 5% PST. You will not be charged Ontario's 8% PST.
